WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
The peculiarities of dog food may limit the flexibility of our return policy however, under certain conditions we do accept returns. You may read through our return policy (at footer) for detailed terms and conditions.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
You can only place bulk orders of 10 cartons and above. To purchase smaller quantities of our products, you may contact any of our partners, wholesalers or retail outlets on our partners page.
